I know I have a tendency to write posts as and when I come across a new diet fad but I promise this is going to be my last one. I joined Weightwatchers 3 weeks ago and yesterday I was given my first 7 sticker showing I've lost half a stone! I'm doing the same prog that declasm did (The No-count one) and I'm getting on OK.
The boyfriend is still a bit of a liability - likes the idea of me getting thinner/happier doesn't really accept that this will involve some change in my eating (esp drinking) habits. But other than that he's been quite supportive.
So there we go, that is my update. Hoping that this will be it for the different diets thing, which, let's face it, was never going to be healthy.
